Surprise (SUR) – rent price increase of 28%  

Phoenix (PHX) – rent price increase of 25%

Peoria (PEO) - rent price increase of 19%

Avondale (AVD)- rent price increase of 22%

Buckeye (BUK)- rent price increase of 35%

These are large increases when compared with the Consumer Price Index which rose 7% from 2013-2107.
